Carriage Trade Pastries has been owned since 1998 by Shandra Beutner with the assistance of husband Andy. Supplying some of the finest restaurants in the Buffalo and WNY area, the bakery caters to the customer who enjoys quality baked goods from the simple to the elegant.
We specialize in decorative wedding cakes and custom cakes and desserts of all sizes for your wedding, anniversary, birthday, retirement - or any special event!
Our retail shop offers a changing selection of breakfast, snack, and dessert items such as scones, muffins, cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, crisps, brownies, cookies and bars. Pies, cakes and specialty dessert items need to be ordered a day or so in advance as we bake to order. Customized baskets and trays are also available.
